I'm Jamie Jonas. I've spent 20 years designing and delivering technology across enterprise, the public sector and universities. OneTen is how I do it now: AI doing the heavy lifting, inside written standards and checks, with me accountable for the result.

OneTen started as independent oversight – the layer between a business and its vendors that asks whether a decision is actually right for the business. That work hasn't gone away. What's changed is how it gets delivered. The same judgement now sits inside the tooling: standards written down where a machine can follow them, checks it cannot skip, and evidence that comes out with the work instead of being assembled afterwards.
There's a small team behind me, but no account manager between us. If I propose it, I'm the one who has to stand behind it when your board or your auditor asks.

I don't resell technology, take referral fees or hold partnerships that bend the advice. The recommendation is the one that's right for you.

Repos, decision records, documentation – all of it is yours and built to run without me. The measure of success is how well you operate when I've gone.
